Melissa and Donny Parker have been working together in real estate for over a decade, bringing experience across multiple levels of the industry and a shared passion for helping others. With over 25 years of combined sales experience, their love of real estate has lead them to not only thrive in the industry, but now find themselves with the honor of leading others right alongside them.

Donny, having been raised by a single parent in low-income housing, carries a humble and heartfelt perspective on the home buying and selling process. He understands the value and pride of home ownership allowing his background to fuel his dedication to guiding families towards stability. Melissa, on the other hand, developed strong family-oriented skills and a gift for teaching and helping others. She brings warmth, creativity, and a talent for making the real estate experience both fun and stress-free.

They have been married for 21 years and have 3 boys. Their oldest is a United States Marine, so they enjoy traveling to see him when they are able. Their other two sons are both heavily involved in baseball, a shared passion with their dad! Donny played baseball all through middle and high school as well as college. He has also been honored to serve the community for several years volunteering his time to coaching baseball at Daphne High School and Bayshore Christian School.

Together, Melissa and Donny are thrilled to join the Waters Edge Realty family and open the new Central Baldwin office. There they are committed to building a dynamic team and using their combined and shared talents to encourage and empower new and seasoned agents alike to navigate our growing region and excel in the ever-changing times.
